My stinky miss turned four on December 2 and got to have 2 birthday parties. While my parents were in town for Thanksgiving ( I took no pictures sorry) we celebrated my mom's and Madyson's birthday together of the 27th. Madyson had two of her Uncles and two Aunts, grandma and grandpa Bacchus, and her 3 cousins here to help her celebrate. She got a loving family dollhouse that she is absolutely in love with. Then on her actual birthday during the day she had 7 of her friends come over for a unicorn/princess birthday party. They played pin the horn on the unicorn, made unicorn poop (thanks sarah) which was play dough that they got to put glitter in, and decorated crowns. She had such a great time at both parties and we are so glad she has great family and friends to share special days like these with!

Kids Halloween Pictures
I have taken the kids pictures in their Halloween shirts just outside in backyard for the past 2 years and last year I loved the lighting and look of the pictures. So this year again I wasn't disappointed. Madyson may not always smile but I love the serious pictures too.

Halloween!
I loved the Halloween season this year ( I went crazy making decorations and enjoyed myself too much). I was a zoo keeper, Jayden was a lion, Madyson was a monkey, and Payton was a giraffe. They were not wanting to take a picture with me so we only got like 2 and they are very good. There's always next year I guess. It poured rain on us on Saturday (that's when everyone trick or treats out here) and with in half a block we were soaked! So we headed to the mall for an hour to trick or treat there. When we got back to the house it had stopped raining and the kids had like no candy so I took Jayden and Madyson out around another 2 blocks. They had so much fun everyone understood it this year and they all said trick or treat and thank you, and no one froze.
James and I got to go to an adult Halloween party again this year and it was so much fun. We had a blast. James was a 70's marathon runner and I stayed with the zoo keeper costume (so I didn't have to think of 2 things to wear). We did a scavenger hunt and went to all sorts of places taking pictures to document that we had met the requirements. It was hilarious to see people's reaction to all of us and especially James'. Viewer discretion is advised!

Black Island Farms
Madyson's preschool had it's first field trip. We went to the pumpkin patch and got to take a wagon ride and pick pumpkins, carrots, onions and even a cabbage. The kids had a blast (even though it was 85 degrees and so hot) and got to do a lot of stuff. They rode the cow train, played in the corn box, jumped in the pumpkin blow up house, went down the slides, saw pig races and baby cows, and swung on swings that looks like horses made out of tires. We were a little sad Jayden couldn't come because he was at school but we went with grandma a couple days later that he got to enjoy (pictures later).
We had a blast going to the pumpkin patch with her class and her friends.

Mexico?!
Yes I did go to Mexico, it was only like 3 months ago. Well my laptop broke and I couldn't ever get my pictures off of it until just a couple weeks ago. So I am now blogging about my FANTASTIC child free trip to Playa Del Carmen. It was truly amazing and I have the best parents in the world for taking all of us. We spent an entire week just laying around the beach, enjoying the sun and exploring! We got to go to Chitchen Itza, Ex Balam, and to Xel-Ha! All incredibly beautiful. The Mayan ruins were awesome, we got to swim in a sink hole (Cenote) and that was my favorite part. It was so beautiful I loved it. Xel-Ha was an all inclusive thing and it was like a lagoon, inlet thing. We started off by floating down the lazy river and then part way down we got to cliff jump 15 feet which was so cool and then we floated more and did the tight rope walk, which James and I were the only ones to cross! Then we got to eat, lay in hammocks, watch dolphins, snorkel, lounge, look at lizards and iguanas, swim into a cave, go see the light house. It was a pretty cool place to spend the day. Then on the other days we played at the beach, ate all the time and went into town a couple times and even experienced a Walmart in Mexico (I don't recommend it)! Here are a lot of pictures:
